A Houston tradition for over 19 years, Café Piquet has been serving the finest and most authentic Cuban cuisine to families from all over the world since opening its doors. Our family has owned and operated Café Piquet from the start and we still follow original recipes as well as new ones from our family in Cuba. We have added some great new appetizers and entrees to keep you excited! We make everything fresh in our kitchen daily, bringing dishes from both sides of the island to your table—including Picadillo, Ropa Vieja, Pernil Asado, and our ever-popular whole Red Snapper—all hallmarks of Cuban cuisine.

Café Piquet is a casual Bellaire/Houston restaurant where everyone is welcome. It’s not uncommon to see three or four generations sitting around the same table sharing stories over an order of Mariquitas or homemade empanadas—or a group of friends enjoying a pitcher of our award-winning sangria or a mojito on our beautiful patio. We've even expanded our outdoor seating to our parking area to allow for additional outside seating and social distancing!
